I wish I had some progress going on with the front landscaping to share with you tonight; unfortunately after ten days of stormy weather there are still only puddles and a variety of
mushrooms.
Just when I am ready to throw in the "trowel",
I step out into the backyard and find
peonies
roses
clematis
and oakleaf hydrangeas
ready to burst into bloom.
I am becoming quite jealous that I am not able to do a garden post as nothing has sprouted from the ground here yet!
ReplyDeleteYou have peonies....lucky gal!
I'll say a prayer for sun ~ :)

ReplyDeleteMushrooms? Our peonies, roses and clematis are so far behind this year - oh well... yours look lovely!
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are so pretty. I know what you mean about the rain, have to rush and get everything done when we get the occasional sunny day. But it is almost May. Should get better soon.
ReplyDeleteSigns of spring...hooray!!
