I have been fortunate these last twelve months to travel a bit. No matter where I found myself, across an ocean, in a city a thousand miles away or just outside my own back door I found something wonderful.
Here are the lyrics of one of my favorite songs.
May you always find something wonderful in your world.
"I see trees of green
Here are the lyrics of one of my favorite songs.
May you always find something wonderful in your world.
"I see trees of green
Red roses too
I see em bloom for me and for you
I see em bloom for me and for you
What a wonderful world.
I see skies of blue
clouds of white
Bright blessed days
dark sacred nights
What a wonderful world.
The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands, sayin
They're really sayin
I love you.
I hear babies cry
I watch them grow
They'll learn so much more
Than I'll never know
What a wonderful world."
Happy Sunday!
I listened to that song yesterday! It is a beautiful world, and you are right, we should stop and really appreciate the beauty of the everyday things. My heart is lighter and more joyful just thinking about it.
